Why we built this.

We watched too many Indian SMBs run HR on a 6-tab Excel sheet and three WhatsApp groups. There had to be a better way that didn't cost ₹15,000/month for a 50-person company.

The problem that started it

What we believe

HR software shouldn't cost more than HR people

Most Indian SMBs spend ₹15,000–25,000/month on HRMS software. For a 50-person company, that's a meaningful chunk of OpEx — sometimes more than what they pay their HR person. We thought that was backwards. Software should make HR cheaper, not more expensive.

Compliance should be invisible

You shouldn't have to know what an ECR file is to run payroll correctly. The system should handle PT, ESIC, PF, TDS calculations automatically — and your CA should be able to download what they need without you understanding the format.

Multi-company is normal, not exotic

Indian businesses commonly run 2-5 entities — a Pvt Ltd here, a partnership there, a sole proprietorship for the side venture. Software that treats each as a separate ₹6,999/month subscription isn't designed for India.

Face recognition kills buddy punching, full stop

Fingerprint scanners get fooled. RFID cards get shared. Manual registers are routinely faked. Face recognition with proper anti-spoofing is the only attendance system that actually proves who showed up.

We've decided not to build:
